These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeSS Board (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LeSS Board is a Scrum board for teams, providing boards, a product backlog, sprints, and a real-time overview dashboard. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the Service, disrupt it, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
- Don't upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.
- Don't use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Professional, Startup, Enterprise) are billed as described at sign-up; team plans scale with the number of seats. Plan changes take effect per the pricing shown in the app. Prices and plan limits may change with notice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you put into the Service (boards, cards, comments). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you and the teammates you invite.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
