This policy explains what information LeSS Board collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your first and last name, email address, and organization name.
- Your content: the teams, projects, boards, cards, comments, and sprints you create.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To provide the Service — authentication, boards, the real-time dashboard, and collaboration.
- To send essential account emails, such as email verification.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies & local storage
LeSS Board uses your browser's local storage — not tracking cookies — to keep you signed in (a session token) and to remember your theme and language preference. Clearing local storage signs you out.
Data storage & retention
Your data is stored in our database for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or your account, the associated records are removed (subject to routine backups and any legal retention requirements).
Sharing
Content you create is visible to the teammates you invite, at the access level you grant them (Read, Comment, Write, or Owner). We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service.
Your rights
You can access and update your profile in the app, and request deletion of your account and data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
